We are the Astronomical Society of South Australia Whyalla Branch. We strive
to further the public knowledge of astronomy. We have monthly meetings and
viewing nights for both public and members.
Activites
Whyalla meetings are held on the last Wednesday of every month (except
December) at 7:30pm in Room 16 at the University of South Australia's
Whyalla Campus.
Viewing nights are held for both public and members at least once a
month and we invite anyone with an interest in astronomy to attend any of our
nights. They are held at Middleback Station, on the road between Whyalla and
Iron Knob.
