About the Technology Group

The aim of the Technical Special Activity Kollective is to give us 'technophiles' a repository to put all those things that we don't know where to put, that don't come specifically under another category and that we really want to tell other people about.

Contributions to this area are welcome from all Members.

We'll also try and put up a lists of links that we feel are very useful to fellow Members.

SatSignal,  David Taylor (Edinburgh) lots of interesting software and info on timing and everything else!

A really good link about charging batteries because the Radio Astronomy group and the Seismology Association of Australia use a LOT of batteries.

Astronomy Software from 'Skippy_Sky' by member Andrew Cool.

"The aim of SkippySky is offer to Astronomers, both amateur and professional, an easy way to plan their viewing activities".

Skippy the bush Kangaroo  (actually has nothing to do with Andrew or Astronomy!)
